The Great Lakes Culinary Center is a state-of- the-art test kitchen and events venue in Southfield, Michigan. This space was designed to allow chefs to come into the space and entertain guests while using the latest and greatest equipment. Now, it has exploded into one of the one of the best Metro-Detroit venues to host an event. It offers food-service professionals—and the Detroit community—the opportunity to test the latest kitchen equipment, attend cooking classes or demonstrations, and host private events. It is a unique, flexible event space capable of hosting a variety of events. The most common events the Culinary Center hosts are wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate luncheons, holiday parties and team building cooking events.
